The committee has been constituted to prohibit the scourge of ragging including any conduct by any student or students wherever by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of fearing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or anyother student or disciplined activity by any students or studetns who causes annoyance, hardship or psychological problems or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in any fresher or anyother student or asking any student to do any act which such student will hot in the ordinary course do and which has the effect of causing or generating a sense of theme or torment or embarrassment so as to adversely affect the physique or psyche of such fresher or anyother student with or without an intent to derive a sadistic pleasure or showing off power, authority or superiority by a student to provide for healthy development physically or psychologically to all students

As in the new paradism of education leaners become the active persons in the community. The cultural committee was established to make student to participate in various cultural programmes on different themes. Studetns take responsibility for their own participation by choosing what they want to perform. These activities to be done by students in order to improve their cultural level to support his communities. Seminars are organised frequently and eminent persons in the field of life skill education are invited to participate as resourse person.

This committee conducts annual event of social service camp. The camp and communication activities are conducted for 5 days every year. During these five days the following activities are conducted. Adult literacy survey, medical camp, AIDS awareness programme, sports for village children and entertainment programme.

The responsibilities of camp and cultural committee is to identify spot, prepare budget, food and accommadation and scheduling activities.

Alumini reunions are popular events at many instances. These programme is organized by Alumini Association every year. The Alumini Association provides a platform for the studetns on social and intellectual upgradation. It helps in the promotion of education as well as in the flow of knowladge. Alumini associations are arranged in the college campus which helps to maintain longterm relationship between the members and the institution. It will give a platform for the students to share these ideas to develop leadership management and qualities.

Alumini Association maintains the secure database of all alumini of the intitute. Other activities of association includes solving problems through voluntary involvement of other alumini, establishing funds to help needy and deserving students, instituting prizes and awards for outstanding project works and research papers, accepting grants or money, equipment, land building donation, gifts, subscriptions and other assistance.

More than 100 members are in the association. Many of the members are working in the government schools and private schools.

An effective quality control monitoring and review of academic performance to maintain standard of education, are constantly monitored by our college. Our college has a learning interest in developing the professional integrity of our faculty members and student teachers and thus encourages them to upgrade the present trends in the field of education. In order to satisfy the knowladge of teachers future, the following programmes are organized.

Quality assurance is the key concept and it is taken quite seriously by our institution We have tutorial system and the slowlearners are identified and special care is taken for their improvement.

Swami Vivekananda has rightly pointed out women as embodiment of shakti - the female principle of Creation. When men operates at the sensory level, she makes use of extrasensory perception. Special programmes are organized by the committee on issues related to women's rights, health, empowerment of women and awareness on harassments. Various programmes are organized by the committee like speech on femanism, essay writing, rangoli and meghandhi.

Placement cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to the student teachers to be placed in the schools during campus interviews. The benifit of this assistance is reflected in the preparation of the students who are able to secure esteemed positions in the recent year.

The training and placement procedure help in the preparation of applications, resumes and practice for interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills, necessary for a teacher. Those considering careers in education are offered detailed guidance of the placement cell.
